I he ordered sweet potato fries that according to the server delivering the food, Our waiter Cristian never put in. We ordered a truffle burger with egg and the burger arrived with no egg.

My two sons drank all their soda but no one came to refill them, instead my sons had to walk up to the bar to get refills. When my fries and my sons sliders finally came, no ketchup was on it so I requested ketchup. When I got the bill I was charged for 7 orders of ketchup! Also they charged me for an extra order of sliders which was their mistake!!! All of these issues from the moment we sat down to the minute we left and their manager JAMES never once came to our table to apologize for anything.
