What does monstros tooth do

Monstros tooth is a basic item; it just deals damage. Its delay is so bad. A one charge item has more potential, when having 9 volt. Bean is just better without worrying to waste Monstros weak damage, that may fail. Because if I see that item I just commit suicide, and restart, until I get a preferred item. Such a waste of time..

Assumption with wanting OP items was never a dispute. That's your assumption, it still doesn't change the fact it's still a waste. I can understand in the middle of the game, but in the beginning It sucks. There's my assumption. Again, room full of enemies, or not, it's current item execution sucks, almost as worse than bobs brain ever did; it got changed. The reason Bobs Brain was because, again, it's 'execution'. Necronomicon has an instant action, and is good for bosses like say Duke of Flies, envy, and so on; bosses with multiple hit boxes. Also great for that overwhelming greedier mode, so again, you're pulling. Not everything should be countered by everything, isn't my argument, the item usage sucks, as a whole; it's never worth the pickup.
